Cabinet

Committee Suite (DAW) - County Hall
Committee Meetings will be live streamed, but you will need to access the link via the agenda page for the meeting, rather than from this page. Follow the meetings link to find the committee you are interested in.
Our main Committee meetings (Council, Cabinet, Scrutiny, Development Management, Public Rights of Way, and Health and Wellbeing Board) will be recorded separately and uploaded to this site shortly after the meeting has taken place.
A webcast is basically a transmission of audio and video over the internet. Video cameras at our council meetings capture the live information, which in turn can allow anyone to view the meeting. Through your internet connection and web browser you can view the meetings either live or as an archive from the comfort of your own home.
The archives allow you to view the meeting at your leisure and, through the use of the index points, allow you to jump to a specific agenda point or speaker. Archived webcasts are kept for 12 months.
Devon County Council is now webcasting Council, Cabinet, Scrutiny, Development Management and Public Rights of Way meetings as well as the Health and Wellbeing Board.
From here you will be able to access webcasts of our main council meetings, view archived council meetings from the last few months and access any documents or presentations associated to the webcasts.
Upcoming and most recent meetings are displayed on the left hand side of this page. To view an archive of a recent meeting simply click on the title of the meeting you wish to view. Live webcasts will be archived and available approximately 24 hours after the meeting has finished.
If the webcast you are after is older than those displayed in the recent list then please take a look at the Webcast library page which features a complete list of our available archived council meetings.
If you wish to view any future meetings, agendas, minutes and reports, then please see the calendar of meetings.
Subscribe to be notified by email about upcoming webcasts that matter to you.
